TITAN SILENT

The TITAN SILENT angle bracket combines the static effectiveness of the TITAN plate and the soundproofing properties of our insulating solutions.

The excellent shear strength of the angle bracket and the soundproofing capacity of the resilient profile enable effective limiting of acoustic bridges, offering a significant reduction of vibrations from footsteps and attenuation of the transmitted noise, for excellent acoustic comfort.

The TITAN angle bracket is made of DX51D carbon steel with Z275 galvanisation.

It is suitable for use in Service Classes 1 and 2 (EN 1995:2008).

The structural resilient profiles for TITAN angle brackets are an excellent compromise between sound insulation performance and mechanical resistance.

They are available in two versions: XYLOFON PLATE ready to use and ALADIN STRIPE to be cut on site.

XYLOFON is made of a 35-shore polyurethane compound; ALADIN STRIPE is made of extruded compact EPDM in the soft version, and expanded compact EPDM in the extra soft version.

Both soundproofing solutions are free of VOCs and other substances harmful for people and the environment.

TITAN SILENT was developed for wood-wood junctions in cases in which the aim is to significantly reduce acoustic bridges.

Shear strength values and vibration reduction qualities are validated by tests, within the academia and the industrial world.
