MEMBRANE WITH VARIABLE VAPOUR DIFFUSION AND REINFORCEMENT GRID

CLIMA CONTROL NET 145

CLIMA CONTROL NET 145 is the membrane with reinforcing grid characterized by a variable resistance to vapour diffusion: maximum protection for walls and excellent security in insulation. It is the ideal solution to increase energy performance for packages and solutions for reconditioning of existing structures.

CLIMA CONTROL NET 145: variable vapour diffusion and high mechanical strength.

The reinforcing grid offers great resistance to the membrane, even in the event of pressure caused by the insulating material being blown; it also guarantees excellent dimensional stability even when installed on a soft, non-continuous support and therefore with possible mechanical stresses.

Easy to install thanks to its slight transparency, it allows the interception of the underlying structure.

Indicazioni di posa per: PARETE

CLIMA CONTROL NET 145 is laid parallel to the dock beam or the floor if laid on a wall. The second layer must be overlapped by at least 15 centimetres. Each layer must be fixed to the substrate with a mechanical fastener. (ex: HAMMER STAPLER, HAND STAPLER o PNEU STAPLER). It is also advisable to overlap the sheets by at least 30 centimetres at the butt joints. In order to achieve correct air and water sealing, we recommend the use of ALU BAND, SEAL BAND, EASY BAND, SPEEDY BAND, SOLID BAND, FLEXY BAND, SMART BAND, PLASTER BAND, DOUBLE BAND, SUPRA BAND, BUTYL BAND, MEMBRANE GLUE, SUPERB GLUE, ECO GLUE, FIRE SEALING, FIRE FOAM, FIRE STRIPE, FRONT BAND UV 223 or in the case of rough surfaces (such as rough OSB) FLEXI BAND, PRIMER SPAY, PRIMER .

Indicazioni di posa per: TETTO

CLIMA CONTROL NET 145 is placed parallel to the eaves line, starting from the lower edge of the roof. The second layer must be overlapped by at least 10-20 centimetres to the previous one (depending on the slope of the roof), as indicated on the layout according to UNI 11470:2013. The sheet must be applied on a continuous support with a mechanical fastening device. (ex: HAMMER STAPLER, HAND STAPLER o PNEU STAPLER). Once at the top of the roof, it is advisable for the membrane to protrude beyond the ridge line by at least 30 centimetres to ensure a perfect overlap with the strips of sheet that will overlap on the other side of the roof. It is also recommended that the sheets overlap by at least 30 cm even at the end joints. To achieve correct air and water sealing, we recommend the use of ALU BAND, SEAL BAND, EASY BAND, SPEEDY BAND, SOLID BAND, FLEXY BAND, SMART BAND, PLASTER BAND, DOUBLE BAND, SUPRA BAND, BUTYL BAND, MEMBRANE GLUE, SUPERB GLUE, ECO GLUE, FIRE SEALING, FIRE FOAM, FIRE STRIPE, FRONT BAND UV 223.If there is an integrated double adhesive strip, it can replace the correct air and water sealing.
