SLOT CONNECTOR FOR CLT PANELS

Calculation and verification of the shear connection between timber panels by using SLOT connector, according to ETA-19/0167. Possibility to perform verifications both of the group of connectors (wall calculation) and of the single connector. The calculation can be performed on CLT panels, laminated timber panels, LVL softwood or LVL hardwood. The preset archive allows the user to choose from the most common CLT stratigraphies.

TIMBER-TO-CONCRETE FLOOR MODULE WITH CTC CONNECTOR

Sizing and verification of timber-to-concrete composite floors. The verification is conducted in accordance with the European Technical Assessment ETA 19/0244. Verification with crossed and parallel arrangement of the connectors, at 45° and 30°, with and without planking, even in the presence of a steam brake cloth or soundproofing foil. With this module it is possible to insert several types of variable load at the same time and to export the 3d-dwg of the project. 

Soundproofing: resilient profiles and lateral transmission

Designing of the soundproofing solutions within different project frequencies. Calculation of the vibration reduction index to the standard and the certifications EN ISO 12354 ETA-23/0061 for XYLOFON and ETA-23/0193 for PIANO. Calculation of the resilient profile (XYLOFON, PIANO and ALADIN STRIPE) and ist projection on a printable plan to allow correct installation. Possibility for calculation of both timber frame and CLT structures. Import of .dxf files with automatic retrievement of wall and dimension Data. Print of complete technical computation report and performance graphs. 

Dear user, considering the importance of the update package foreseen by the new MyProject 5.30 release, it is necessary to download the software by clicking the button “Download MyProject” and reinstall MyProject. For a better functioning it is advisable to uninstall the previous version. 

ALU CONCEALED BRACKETS 

Calculation and verification of shear connections between structural timber elements using concealed ALU brackets. The module contains all sizes of ALUMINI, ALUMIDI and ALUMAXI with STA smooth dowels and SBD self-drilling dowels with various fastening configurations. Possibility of using two different methods of calculation (according to ETA 09/0361 and experimental model).

X-ONE connection for CLT panels

Design and verification of connections between CLT panel and X-ONE connector. The verification is according to the European Technical Assessment ETA 15/0632 for actions in all directions according to the connection's resistance domain.
It is possible to insert many different deriving forces i.e. from numerical modelling with simultaneous verification of the load conditions.

Connections primary-secondary beams with VGS and VGZ connectors 

Calculation and verification of timber to timber connection with fully threaded screws inserted in a cross configuration or parallel inclination, according to construction requirements. Possibility of different schemes with modification of secondary beam inclination in horizontal or vertical direction.

Structural reinforcements with fully threaded VGS and VGZ connectors

Calculation and verification of structural reinforcement realized with fully threaded screws with cylindrical head or countersunk head. Typical application regard reinforcements of tension parallel to the grain in notched beam, reinforcements of grain perpendicular compression in lateral and intermediate support and reinforcement of perpendicular tension in hanged loads.

Fixing of continuous insulation using DGZ connector

Dimensioning and verification of twin-threaded DGZ connector for the fastening of continuous insulation on roofs. Design either with rigid or soft insulation, creating a database of customized computations.

Shear connections using
HBS - HBS PLATE – TBS screws

Calculation and verification of shear connections using screws for wood to wood, steel to wood and wood to panel connections. Single and double slanted connections, with possibility of customizing geometry and material variety.

CERTIFIED MECHANICAL AND CHEMICAL ANCHORS ON CONCRETE SLABS

Calculation and verification of certified mechanical and chemical anchors on concrete slabs.  Standard or customised-geometry configurations with filter for anchor selection  according to various criteria. Earthquake and fire design options.
