TRASPIR ALU FIRE A2 430
TRASPIR ALU FIRE A2 430 is the reflective highly breathable membrane tested according to EN 13501-1 and classified as non-combustible material (A2-s1, d0). Thanks to its ability to reflect up to 95% of the heat, it improves the thermal performance of the construction panels.
Description
TRASPIR ALU FIRE A2 430, the reflective highly breathable non-flammable membrane.
With a value of 430 g/m2, it is an extremely robust, thermally stable and stress-resistant product during installation. The special modified compound ensures high UV stability even if left exposed on the construction site or if there are cracks or open joints in façade coatings; the combination of aluminium coating and fibreglass reinforcement ensures high mechanical performance.
As it is a non-combustible membrane, it can also be applied in combination with photovoltaic systems or at electrical voltage points. The reflective membrane consists of a perforated aluminium film layer, a functional PE film and a fibreglass fabric layer. It is designed for installation both inside and outside the building envelope.

Description
The application surface must be dry, free of dust and grease. Surface elements must be removed so that the membrane is not damaged during application.
Thanks to its ability to reflect up to 95% of the heat, it improves the thermal performance of the construction panels.
As it is a non-combustible membrane, it can also be applied in combination with photovoltaic systems or at electrical voltage points.
Recommended use: direct UV protection is guaranteed. Installation is therefore permitted on both the internal and external sides of the building envelope.
Installation: Unroll the membrane and seal using a suitable tape.
Installation in compliance with the A2-s1, d0 value: Unroll the membrane and seal using tape with fire resistance characteristics similar to those of the membrane.
Ensure that the overlap between the membranes is at least 15 cm to achieve an optimal seal.
To ensure correct and professional installation, the use of a nail sealing point is required.
Further details regarding installation can be found in the specific instructions provided by the supplier.
