VAPOUR CONTROL MEMBRANE BASED ON NATURAL CELLULOSE

VAPOR IN GREEN 200

The VAPOR IN GREEN 200 vapour control membrane is a sustainable solution thanks to the reduced use of polymers. It is designed for installation on the inside of the building envelope.

VAPOR IN GREEN 200, the ecological vapour control membrane.

The VAPOR IN GREEN 200 vapour control membrane is made in three layers, with the upper and lower layers made of kraft paper, reinforcing grid as reinforcing layer and functional film to guarantee air and vapour tightness. It is one of the products for which the voluntary EPD and LCA environmental declarations have been developed.

Indicazioni di posa per: PARETE

VAPOR IN GREEN 200 is laid parallel to the dock beam or the floor if laid on a wall. The second layer must be overlapped by at least 15 centimetres. Each layer must be fixed to the substrate with a mechanical fastener. (ex: HAMMER STAPLER, HAND STAPLER o PNEU STAPLER). It is also advisable to overlap the sheets by at least 30 centimetres at the butt joints. In order to achieve correct air and water sealing, we recommend the use of ALU BAND, SEAL BAND, EASY BAND, SPEEDY BAND, SOLID BAND, FLEXY BAND, SMART BAND, PLASTER BAND, DOUBLE BAND, SUPRA BAND, BUTYL BAND, MEMBRANE GLUE, SUPERB GLUE, ECO GLUE, FIRE SEALING, FIRE FOAM, FIRE STRIPE, FRONT BAND UV 221 or in the case of rough surfaces (such as rough OSB) FLEXI BAND, PRIMER SPAY, PRIMER .

Indicazioni di posa per: TETTO

VAPOR IN GREEN 200 is placed parallel to the eaves line, starting from the lower edge of the roof. The second layer must be overlapped by at least 10-20 centimetres to the previous one (depending on the slope of the roof), as indicated on the layout according to UNI 11470:2013. The sheet must be applied on a continuous support with a mechanical fastening device. (ex: HAMMER STAPLER, HAND STAPLER o PNEU STAPLER). Once at the top of the roof, it is advisable for the membrane to protrude beyond the ridge line by at least 30 centimetres to ensure a perfect overlap with the strips of sheet that will overlap on the other side of the roof. It is also recommended that the sheets overlap by at least 30 cm even at the end joints. To achieve correct air and water sealing, we recommend the use of ALU BAND, SEAL BAND, EASY BAND, SPEEDY BAND, SOLID BAND, FLEXY BAND, SMART BAND, PLASTER BAND, DOUBLE BAND, SUPRA BAND, BUTYL BAND, MEMBRANE GLUE, SUPERB GLUE, ECO GLUE, FIRE SEALING, FIRE FOAM, FIRE STRIPE, FRONT BAND UV 221.If there is an integrated double adhesive strip, it can replace the correct air and water sealing.
