VAPOR 225
The VAPOR 225 vapour control membrane is the cost-effective membrane, ensuring high performance and protection against weathering. It is also suitable for installation on uneven and rough supports, which could damage lighter vapour control layers.
Description
VAPOR 225, the most resistant vapour control membrane on the market.
Although the membrane is very thick and resistant, its composition ensures great flexibility in processing without the risk of material wear. The mass per unit area of the membrane provides mechanical strength and protection during construction; VAPOR 225 ranks among the strongest vapour control membranes on the market.
The TT version offers fast installation and professional sealing thanks to the integrated double tape. It is one of the products for which the EPD and LCA environmental declarations have been developed.

Description
The application surface must be dry, free of dust and grease. Surface elements must be removed so that the membrane is not damaged during application.
The membrane can be used both as temporary protection during construction and transport phases, and as a long-term functional layer in building components (walls and floors).
It is also suitable for applications on uneven and rough supports, which could damage lighter vapour control layers.
Recommended use: direct UV protection is guaranteed. Installation is therefore permitted on both the internal and external sides of the building envelope.
Installation: Unroll the membrane. If the version without double-sided adhesive strips is used, sealing must be carried out using tape such as: FLEXY BAND, FLEXY BAND UV, SPEEDY BAND, or EASY BAND.
Ensure that the overlap between the membranes is at least 15 cm to achieve an optimal seal.
To ensure correct and professional installation, the use of a nail sealing point is required.
Further details regarding installation can be found in the specific instructions provided by the supplier.
