HIGH PERFORMANCE VAPOUR CONTROL MEMBRANE

VAPOR EVO 190

VAPOR EVO 190 is an extraordinary new generation vapour control membrane.

It contains a special film that ensures durability and high UV stability.

The thermal resistance is high: thanks to the special mix of the functional film, the membrane guarantees its performance even when subjected to high thermal stress in extreme climatic conditions.

VAPOR EVO 190, THE VAPOUR CONTROL MEMBRANE WITH SUPERIOR THERMAL RESISTANCE

The vapour control membrane VAPOR EVO 190 ensures maximum protection against wear and hard rain during installation in the construction site.

Its formulation achieves UV stability for up to 6 months, offering maximum protection to the roof and underlying structure. The monolithic film guarantees impermeability even under high mechanical wear and tear and contact with aggressive chemicals.

A guarantee of professional installation and sealing, thanks to the integrated double tape and the adherence offered by the lower support fabric.

Indicazioni di posa per: PARETE

VAPOR EVO 190 is laid parallel to the dock beam or the floor if laid on a wall. The second layer must be overlapped by at least 15 centimetres. Each layer must be fixed to the substrate with a mechanical fastener. (ex: HAMMER STAPLER, HAND STAPLER o PNEU STAPLER). It is also advisable to overlap the sheets by at least 30 centimetres at the butt joints. In order to achieve correct air and water sealing, we recommend the use of ALU BAND, SEAL BAND, EASY BAND, SPEEDY BAND, SOLID BAND, FLEXY BAND, SMART BAND, PLASTER BAND, DOUBLE BAND, SUPRA BAND, BUTYL BAND, MEMBRANE GLUE, SUPERB GLUE, ECO GLUE, FIRE SEALING, FIRE FOAM, FIRE STRIPE, FRONT BAND UV 227 or in the case of rough surfaces (such as rough OSB) FLEXI BAND, PRIMER SPAY, PRIMER .

Indicazioni di posa per: TETTO

VAPOR EVO 190 is placed parallel to the eaves line, starting from the lower edge of the roof. The second layer must be overlapped by at least 10-20 centimetres to the previous one (depending on the slope of the roof), as indicated on the layout according to UNI 11470:2013. The sheet must be applied on a continuous support with a mechanical fastening device. (ex: HAMMER STAPLER, HAND STAPLER o PNEU STAPLER). Once at the top of the roof, it is advisable for the membrane to protrude beyond the ridge line by at least 30 centimetres to ensure a perfect overlap with the strips of sheet that will overlap on the other side of the roof. It is also recommended that the sheets overlap by at least 30 cm even at the end joints. To achieve correct air and water sealing, we recommend the use of ALU BAND, SEAL BAND, EASY BAND, SPEEDY BAND, SOLID BAND, FLEXY BAND, SMART BAND, PLASTER BAND, DOUBLE BAND, SUPRA BAND, BUTYL BAND, MEMBRANE GLUE, SUPERB GLUE, ECO GLUE, FIRE SEALING, FIRE FOAM, FIRE STRIPE, FRONT BAND UV 227.If there is an integrated double adhesive strip, it can replace the correct air and water sealing.
