How to choose the right vertical lifeline between ladder and wall
The VERTIGRIP system is a versatile, fully equipped and multifunctional vertical lifeline designed to ensure workplace safety for operators working on fixed ladders and other vertical access systems. The stainless steel lifeline is lightweight and durable, ensuring long-term reliability without compromising mobility and manoeuvrability during work activities.
VERTIGRIP ON WALL is the vertical wall-mounted lifeline that can be used as an alternative in situations where it is not possible to assemble the lifeline directly on the ladder. It can be easily installed on timber, steel and concrete substrates, with adjustable spacing between the vertical lifeline and the wall, and installation on inclined walls up to 15° from the vertical axis, ensuring adaptation to complex façade geometries and irregular structures.
The wall brackets allow installation on different façade substructures and can be combined with ladder brackets, ensuring versatility and design flexibility for mixed or convertible configurations.
VERTIGRIP ON LADDER is the vertical lifeline for fixed ladders designed specifically for operators working on ladders. The stainless steel structure attaches directly to the ladder without the need for additional substrates, ensuring rapid installation and seamless integration. The ladder configuration is the ideal solution for frequent vertical access in construction sites, industrial plants and structural maintenance applications where the ladder already exists as the climbing system.
Shuttle technology and performance of the VERTIGRIP fall protection system
The VERTIGRIP fall protection system features two shuttle technologies for passing intermediate anchors along the vertical lifeline. The VERTSLIDEPAS shuttle allows fully automatic passage over intermediate anchors, with a fully metallic energy absorber offering unlimited service life, although annual servicing is required.
The VERTSLIDE shuttle allows semi-automatic passage over the intermediate anchors. This is a simple, easy procedure

Which shuttle should you choose for a vertical lifeline: automatic or semi-automatic?
Choose the automatic VERTSLIDEPAS shuttle if workers perform repetitive activities on long ladders and require maximum continuity of movement without manual intervention. It provides automatic passage over intermediate anchors and a metallic energy absorber with unlimited service life. Choose the semi-automatic VERTSLIDE shuttle if you prefer controlled interaction during passage over intermediate anchors. The operator manually disconnects and reconnects the cable, maintaining constant awareness of the fall protection system.
