CONCEALED TIMBER-TO-TIMBER CONNECTOR

LOCK T MINI is the innovative hook plate for completely concealed timber-to-timber joints.
It can be easily disassembled, is ideal for the construction of small temporary structures and can be used concealed even with elements of reduced section.

Optimal for small structures, gazebos and furniture, both in indoor and outdoor applications.

Description

LOCK T MINI: POWERFUL, RELIABLE, REMOVABLE, IDEAL FOR AGGRESSIVE ENVIRONMENTS.

LOCK T MINI consists of an aluminium alloy three dimensional perforated plate. It provides excellent installation tolerance and can be installed in a variety of configurations: with grooving in the main element or secondary beam for a concealed installation, or without special cuts for an exposed installation.

The LOCK T MINI timber-to-timber joint plate is available in two versions: standard or EVO, painted in an exclusive graphite black. Both versions can be used with three varieties of screws: martensitic stainless steel, carbon steel and C4 EVO coated. The ideal combination of connector and screw fulfils all fastening requirements, such as aggressive environments or the presence of aggressive timber containing tannin, such as chestnut and oak.

The LOCK STOP lateral locking plates and the vertical anti-slip screw provide certified strengths in all directions in each configuration.
The grooved joint in the main element makes it possible to fulfil the fire safety requirements.

Thanks to the assembly with only one type of screw, installation of LOCK T MINI is quick and easy. The two parts of the connector can be pre-installed on timber elements off site, without the need for on-site fastening.
