TRASPIR EVO UV ADHESIVE
A highly breathable monolithic membrane characterised by exceptional UV resistance and excellent flame-retardant properties.
It consists of a monolithic acrylic-blend film coated onto a polyester reinforcing layer, combined with an adhesive layer that allows fast and secure installation.
The membrane provides permanent UV resistance, even when exposed on façades with open joints.

Main performance
TRASPIR EVO UV ADHESIVE is the self-adhesive membrane that combines ease of installation, waterproofing, fire protection and UV stability in a single solution.
Composition and durability
Thanks to the acrylate coated surface, the monolithic structure ensures excellent durability.
Reaction to fire
Reaction to fire has been tested in accordance with EN 13501-1, achieving Euroclass B-s1, d0.
UV stability on façades
When used on façades with open joints up to 50 mm wide and a maximum exposed area of 40%, the TRASPIR EVO UV ADHESIVE membrane guarantees permanent UV stability.
Thermal and dimensional stability
The aesthetic finish is excellent: thanks to its mass per unit area and polyacrylate mix, the membrane offers high thermal and dimensional stability.
Adhesive function and applications
The adhesive surface prevents the formation of airflow behind the membrane in case of accidental breakage or failure to seal. The membrane's fully self-adhesive surface allows fast and secure installation: it is suitable for factory pre-installation and protects CLT elements during transport and on site.

Description
The UV resistance is permanent, even in the case of exposure on façades with open joints up to 50 mm wide, uncovering a maximum of 40% of the surface for façade applications.
The membrane is not suitable as a final waterproofing layer for roofs.
Recommended use: direct UV protection is guaranteed.
Application may be on both the internal and external sides of the building envelope.
Installation: Unroll the membrane, progressively remove the release film from the adhesive, and press the membrane firmly to ensure proper adhesion.
Ensure that the overlap between the membranes is at least 15 cm to achieve an optimal seal.
If installed on walls, the membrane must be laid horizontally, starting from the base of the wall and progressing upwards to the top.
To ensure correct and professional installation, the use of a nail sealing point is required.
