CONNECTOR FOR STRUCTURAL PANELS

SLOT is a connector for structural panels that allows very high stiff joints and can transfer exceptional shear stresses between the panels.

Ideal for walls and floors, it is used to reconstitute monolithic panels of large dimensions, previously cut for transport needs

Description

SLOT, THE SHEAR CONNECTOR FOR STRUCTURAL PANELS WITH THE STRENGTH OF MORE THAN 60 SCREWS

The SLOT aluminium connector is ideal for wall and floor joints in multi-storey buildings. The wedge shape makes the insertion easy into the groove; the honeycomb geometry maximizes the resistance. Made of aluminium, it is light and easy to handle.

It offers the possibility of assembly with inclined auxiliary screws that make tightening between panels easy. Its performance is exceptional: one connector can replace up to 60 Ø6 screws, with consequent reduction of assembly time.

SLOT is provided with the CE mark, in accordance with ETA. Values are tested, certified and calculated also on glulam, CLT, LVL Softwood and LVL Hardwood. It can be used with CLT, LVL or glulam.
