ALUMIDI, THE BRACKET FOR CONCEALED TIMBER-TO-CONCRETE CONNECTIONS.
The ALUMIDI bracket for timber is produced by extrusion, therefore without welds. Certified and calculated in all directions (vertical, horizontal and axial), it can be used in mixed-mode bending.
Once installed it is concealed providing a satisfying appearance to the joint and it fulfils the fire safety requirements. A countersink where the first hole is located, simplifies installation facilitating the introduction of the secondary beam from the top.
For applications on concrete or other uneven surfaces the SBD self-drilling dowels allow a greater installation tolerance when fastening the timber element. Values are certified, tested and consolidated. ALUMIDI fastening brackets can be used for timber-to-timber and timber-to-concrete shear joints both perpendicular and inclined. Ideal for application on solid timber and glulam, CLT, LVL and timber-based panels.
