DISC FLAT is the ideal concealed removable connector for shear joints and tensile connections between timber elements.

It withstands both shear and tensile loads due to the elements tightening provided by the pass-through rod.

DISC FLAT, THE UNIVERSAL REMOVABLE CONNECTOR FOR CONCEALED JOINTS

DISC FLAT is simple and fast to install thanks to the possibility of being tightened after the assembly. Usable for temporary structures, it can be easily removed thanks to the pass-through rod.

It is a “multipurpose” connector, to be fixed with appropriate screws on any point of a timber structural element and has a threaded hole, suitable for bolts, threaded rods or threaded anchors for concrete. It makes it possible to fasten a timber structural element to any other structural element by means of a simple threaded connector.

DISC FLAT is suitable to create completely concealed joints, ensuring a pleasant aesthetic appearance. It is designed for timber-to-timber shear and tensile joints along all directions of the secondary beam. Made of bright zinc plated carbon steel, it is ideal for application on solid timber, glulam, CLT, LVL and timber-based panels. CE mark according to ETA.
