The VGZ HARDWOOD wood screw is ETA 11/0030 certified for use with high-density woods without pre-drilling.

Approved for structural applications subject to stresses in any direction vs. the grain (α = 0° - 90°), it features excellent tensile performance, thanks to a deep thread and a high-strength steel (fy,k = 1000 N/mm2).

VGZ HARDWOOD guarantees fire protection and earthquake suitability. Values are also tested, certified and calculated for high-density woods such as beechwood Microllam® LVL. Certified for use without pre-drilling, for densities of up to 780 kg/m3.

Also tested on structural woods such as beech, cypress, eucalyptus, bamboo.

Made of carbon steel with bright zinc plated, it is excellent for use with wood-based panels, solid timber, glulam, CLT, LVL and high-density woods, beechwood, cypress, eucalyptus and bamboo. Service classes 1 and 2.
