MONOLITHIC WATERPROOF BREATHABLE MEMBRANE FOR OPEN-JOINT FAÇADES TRASPIR EVO UV 210
Breathable membrane waterproof for façades with permanent UV stability
TRASPIR EVO UV 210 is a monolithic polyacrylate waterproof breathable membrane for installation on the external side of walls and open-joint façades. The monolithic membrane structure maintains watertightness and vapour permeability over time, even when exposed to pollutants and prolonged UV radiation. On open-joint façades where the external cladding does not fully cover the membrane, permanent UV stability is guaranteed for joints up to 50 mm wide with a maximum of 40% exposed surface area.
Its flame-retardant performance is certified to Euroclass B-s1,d0 according to EN 13501-1.
CE marked in accordance with EN 13859-2.
Key technical specifications TRASPIR EVO UV 210 monolithic membrane
TRASPIR EVO UV 210 is a monolithic membrane consisting of a polyacrylic film on PL fabric, with a mass per unit area of 210 g/m² and a thickness of 0.3 mm.
High thermal and dimensional stability: prevents bulging during installation and preserves the façade's appearance.
The integrated double tape (TT version) provides fast, professional sealing.
The breathable membrane waterproof can be paired with FRONT BAND UV 210 to ensure visual continuity.

Waterproof breathable membrane for open-joint façades: how does UV stability work?
TRASPIR EVO UV 210 has been tested for permanent UV resistance on open-joint façades with joints up to 50 mm wide and a maximum of 40% exposed surface area. Without any external cladding, it withstands more than 10,000 hours of artificial ageing in accordance with EN 13859-2. After five years of real-life exposure on the Rothoblaas façade, both watertightness and tensile strength remained compliant with the design values.
Breathable membrane waterproof with B-s1,d0 reaction to fire: what does it mean?
The B-s1,d0 classification indicates flame-retardant performance (B), limited smoke production (s1) and no flaming droplets (d0) according to EN 13501-1. For façades with exposed insulation materials or specific fire performance requirements, this classification qualifies the membrane for use without an additional fire-retardant layer. TRASPIR EVO UV 210 has also been tested to ASTM E84 class 1/class A for North American markets.
Monolithic membrane for open-joint façades: how does it work?
The polyacrylate monolithic membrane transfers water vapour through the polymer chain without micropores, maintaining watertightness and vapour permeability even when exposed to pollutants. TRASPIR EVO UV 210 is installed on the external side of the wall and remains exposed in the joints between cladding boards. Its monolithic structure is not subjected to mechanical stress during manufacturing and maintains its performance under prolonged UV exposure without degradation

Description
The application surface must be dry, free of dust and grease. Surface elements must be removed so that the membrane is not damaged during application.
The aesthetic appearance is excellent: thanks to the mass per unit area and the polyacrylate mix, the membrane guarantees high thermal and dimensional stability, features that prevent the formation of swelling during installation.
Recommended use:
The membrane is intended exclusively for wall applications.
The UV resistance is permanent, even in the case of exposure on façades with open joints up to 50 mm wide, with a maximum of 40% of the façade’s surface exposed. Application may be on both the internal and external sides of the building envelope.
Installation:
Unroll the membrane over the surface, progressively remove the release film from the adhesive, and press the membrane firmly to ensure proper adhesion. Ensure that the overlap between the membranes is at least 15 cm to achieve an optimal seal.
To ensure correct and professional installation, the use of a nail sealing point is required. Further details regarding installation can be found in the specific instructions provided by the supplier.
