GIPS BAND
GIPS BAND is high performing in wall and ceiling coating. It can be used as an acoustic decoupling and as self-sealing tape around the nails for the ribs of the counter-wall structure.
Also tested in different configurations at the Universities of Bolzano and Padua.
Correctly installed, it increases the soundproofing power by more than 4 dB.

Description
Self-adhesive closed-cell polyethylene tape designed for the acoustic decoupling of walls and suspended ceilings. It can also be used as a nail-sealing tape, providing airtight sealing around nail and screw penetrations, and remains waterproof even when trimmed or perforated.
