SILENT UNDERFLOOR
For floor soundproof insulation and decoupling of both floor and wall substructures, we offer SILENT UNDERFLOOR. The adhesive profile, also ideal as a nail point sealant tape for substructures of curtain walls, is simple to lay and can be applied by hand or with the aid of the LIZARD unwinder.
APPLICATIONS
- For decoupling sound-absorbing panels
- For substructures of counter walls and false ceilings
- Also ideal for decoupling dry floor ribs
Description
Made of expanded EPDM with acrylic glue and silicone paper liner, SILENT UNDERFLOOR resists the action of time while maintaining high stability. Waterproof, it is not sensitive to chemical attacks and does not contain substances harmful for people and the environment.

Description
Adhesive resilient profile for soundproofing decoupling of substructures.
Made of expanded EPDM with acrylic adhesive and silicone coated paper liner, it is engineered for acoustic insulation in floors and for decoupling substructures in floor, wall and ceiling systems. Its main function is to interrupt the transmission of structural noise between construction elements, improving the overall acoustic performance of the system.
Thanks to the closed and stable structure of expanded EPDM, the material resists moisture and aging without undergoing mechanical or chemical degradation. It is waterproof, durable, and free from harmful substances for both humans and the environment.
Installation
The application surface must be dry, free of dust and grease, and not be anti-adhesive. Surface elements must be removed so that the membrane is not damaged during application. The profile can be applied directly onto the surfaces to be decoupled, either manually or using an unwinder. To ensure full continuity of the resilient layer, it is essential to avoid gaps that could reduce the system’s soundproofing effectiveness. Further details regarding installation can be found in the specific instructions provided by the supplier.
